Handmade Kitchens

We specialise in handmade kitchens built to your specification. Apart from the specialist requirements we also offer a complete range of modular kitchens in a vast array of designs to suit most budgets. The styles of kitchens available are only limited by the imagination as any design can be created or adapted to suit your requirements. We do have general ideas we can offer as well as various pictures to start the creative snowball.

Hand painted kitchens can offer a wide variety of finishes and styles ranging from the basic eggshell colour to a rag rolled or dragged affect. These are normally constructed from MDF (medium density fibre board) for the carcases and doors, and a mixture of tulipwood and softwood for the mouldings and detailing.

Pine kitchens have become very popular over the past few years with the entire kitchen being constructed in solid pine including the actual base units. These are then finished with the required stain and oiled to give a protective finish.

Solid wood is one of the most traditional styles with a vast selection of timbers to choose from depending upon the style of kitchen you choose from maple and beech for a shaker style through to oak and ash for the traditional panelled look.
